Clatous Chama masterclass as Yanga demolish Vital’O

Chipolopolo midfielder Clatous Chota Chama was involved in five goals as Young Africans demolished Burundi side Vital’O in a CAF Champions League encounter.

Chama scored a goal and assisted four as Young Africans humiliated Vital’O 6-0 to complete a double sail to the next round.

Chama first set up Clement Mzize for the second goal before netting a third from a freekick after Pacome ZouZoua had put the hosts in the lead from the penalty spot.

Chama then set up substitute Prince Dube for his goal before teeing up Stephane Aziz Ki for the fifth of the match.

Chama then set up Mudathir Yahya for the sixth and final goal of the day.

Mwanachi won the match 10-0 on aggregate having thrashed Vital’O 4-0 in the first leg with Chama on target.

YANGA will face the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in the next round after a 1-1 draw with Villa SC, winning 3-2 on aggregate.

The Ethiopian side edged the Ugandan side 2-1 away at the Sazza Grounds in Mityana Town last week in the first leg.
