The Zambia National Public Health Institute -ZNPHI- has started administering Cholera vaccines in Vubwi District where six Cholera cases have been confirmed.
ZNPHI Director General ROMA CHILENGI says the country currently has 26,000 doses that are being administered in Vubwi.
Professor CHILENGI says the institute has made an order for the procurement of more Cholera vaccines.
He says as of today the confirmed Cholera cases have remained at six with one death.
In an interview with ZNBC News in Lusaka, Professor CHILENGI appealed to citizens to practice good hygiene.
