Zambia national team head coach Aggrey Chiyangi has hinted on making changes to his starting line up to give chance to other players when the Copper Bullets square off with Benin on Sunday.

Chiyangi revealed that he was aiming at making sure all the players assembled tested action.

“It will be a different game and we will have to use the players that did not play in this game. Other players played today so we also want to see the others who did not play. We want everyone to play at least a game,” he said.

” We came here to give everyone a chance to play and if they make mistakes we work on them.”

Lazarus Kambole partnered Justin Shonga in attack with Clatous Chota Chama, Augustine Mulenga, Salulani Phiri and Donashano Malama making up the midfield.

Chiyangi believes he now has a base for the team that will participate in the 2021 AFCON qualifiers.

“For now we have a base especially for the team that will play the AFCON qualifiers at least we have a foundation where we can build from,” he said.

“It’s been a very good practice match. It’s a good preparatory match and I am happy with how these guys play as it is almost the same as Algeria although the latter is quicker,” he added.

Zambia took the lead in the 70th minute through Clatous Chota Chama before veteran Moussa Mazzou could level matter in the dying minutes to make sure the two sides shared the spoils.

Zambia has now shifted its focus to its final friendly match of this international break against Benin on Sunday.
