Nkwazi left back Prosper Chiluya has expressed happiness with the Zambia U23 national team call up. Chiluya is among the 25 local based players summoned by coach Beston Chambeshi for a three day can ahead of the Congo Brazzaville clash.
The former Bethlehem Steel defender told the ZamFoot Crew in an exclusive interview that he was targeting a place in the team and helping the team qualify to the 2019 Egypt U23 AFCON.

“I feel really blessed and great to be back. My personal target is to fit back in the team and contribute to the team to make sure we qualify,” Chiluya said.
Chiluya was part of the 2017 U20 AFCON winning squad (The Dream Team) that reached the quarter finals of the U20 World Cup but missed the two legs against Malawi due to injury.
Zambia play the first leg at home on 5th June before travelling to face Congo Brazzaville in Pointe Noire, four days later for the final leg. The winner over the two legs will qualify for the U23 AFCON to be hosted by Egypt in November. The top three teams at the AFCON will book places at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Zambia last made an appearance at the Olympics in 1988.
