Chief Pembamoyo of Eastern Province has praised the PF administration for transforming Vubwi District.
The traditional leader says not long ago, the district was associated with under development.
He says Vubwi can now boast of having modern infrastructure.
Chief Pembamoyo says his subjects are appreciating what government has done for them.
He said this during a meeting with President Edgar Lungu in Vubwi District in Eastern Province today.
And Village headman Absalom Banda said President Lungu has shown commitment to work for the people in rural areas.
Mr. Banda said because of what government has done, the people in the area have resolved to support the PF.
He said it is good that President Lungu has continued improving the lives of the people of Vubwi just like late President Michael Sata.
And in response, President Lungu said government will work on roads in the area.
The President said the contractor to work on the roads in the area has already been engaged.
