Charles Bwale tips Klings Kangwa and Lameck Banda

The former Zambia U20 national team has urged the Russian based duo to work on their weaknesses and quickly learn the European culture.

Charles Bwale coached both Klings Kangwa and Lameck Banda at U-20 national team. Bwale was quick to highlight the strengths of the two players.

On Klings Kangwa, The former Green Buffaloes gaffer highlighted his intelligence, technical abilities, and his ability to be a team player as some of his good qualities.

“Klings is an intelligent skillful player with superb technical abilities, great insight, and is a team player. He is 70% an offensive player and 30% defensive. In modern football you need to balance well in these dual functions,” Bwale told the ZamFoot Crew in an exclusive interview.

He went on to advise Lameck who he described as an athletic player that can put any defender off balance to always maintain humbleness as it will help him go far.

“Lameck Banda is an athletic player with good dribbling skills that can put off balance any defender and he is a good finisher too,” he said.

“He is more of an individual kind of player as compared to Klings. He needs to improve on his tactical understanding under any coach, Humbleness will help him to achieve this.”

“For them to play in Europe let both players first improve on their weaknesses, learn the European culture and money should not be their first priority but the improvement of their talent,” he added.

The duo joined Arsenal Tula a year ago on a permanent basis from Zambia Super League side Buildcon meeting up with former Nkana striker Evans Kangwa who joined Tula back in 2017.

The duo is expected in action this afternoon when Arsenal Tula host Akhmat Grozny at in week 25 Russian Premier League encounter at 16:30. Tula is ninth on the log with 28 points from 24 games.
