CHAN: ALLAN CHIBWE FIT FOR NAMIBIA

Zambia national football team Doctor George Phiri says Goalkeeper ALLAN CHIBWE who sustained a cut in the head, in the one-all draw against Guinea is fit for Wednesday game against Namibia.

Phiri says the knock on Chibwe’s head was minor and that the wound is healing after it was Sutured.

He has also disclosed that players Albert Kangwanda and Benson Sakala who sustained minor injuries are fit and ready for selection.

Phiri says so far, all players that where selected by Coach Milutin Sredojevic for the African Nations Championship -CHAN- are injury free.

He  was Speaking after conducting COVID-19 tests on the team ahead of Wednesday final group D game against Namibia.

Phiri  said results for the test will be ready tomorrow.

Zambia play Namibia in a late kick off, final group D encounter to be played on Wednesday January 27th, 2021 at the Limbe stadium in Cameroon.
