CAMEROON TO DETERMINE SHEPOLOPOLO FATE

Shepolopolo Goalkeeper  HAZEL NALI says a win against Cameroon in the opening group fixture at the Africa Cup tournament next month will be vital in determining the team’s fate.

NALI says the team will aim to start their 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations -AWCON- tournament with a bang by collecting all three points against Cameroon.

She says the game against the West African giants will not be an easy fixture owing to the rivalry between the two sides after Zambia qualified to the Tokyo Olympic Games at the expense of Cameroon.

NALI who is on tabs for Turkish side Vatan Spor says the team is determined to win all their group games against Cameroon, Tunisia and Togo.

The Shepolopolo will this evening play a friendly game against local women’s team Phoenix football club at 19 hours.

NALI said tonight’s fixture is a must win for the team.
