CAF CC: Arrows off to Eswatini
Zambia Super League side Red Arrows has left for Eswatini ahead of the team’s CAF Confederation Cup first preliminary round second leg encounter with Young Buffaloes.
Coach Chisi Mbewe has named a 19 member squad for the trip to Eswatini for the second-leg encounter led by skipper Benedict Chepeshi, midfielder Alassane Diarra, winger Felix Bulaya and former Chipolopolo striker James Chamanga.
New signing Edward Tembo has also made the squad and will be looking to make his second appearance for the Airmen.
The Airmen have a 2-1 first leg advantage thanks to Felix Bulaya’s brace at Heroes Stadium in Lusaka last Saturday.
A draw away will be enough to secure Arrow’s passage to the next round and a meeting with CD Primeiro de Agosto of Angola.
