BWIN enters Zambian market

Tourism Minister RODNEY SIKUMBA says the government will work with the private sector in creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
Mr. SIKUMBA says the growth of non traditional industries and their contribution to the country’s social economic development requires a holistic view.
He was speaking during the launch of BWIN, sports betting and casino in Lusaka today.
This was in a speech read for him by Commerce, Trade and Industry Minister CHIPOKA MULENGA.
And Mr. SIKUMBA said he is pleased that BWIN has committed to supporting the development of sports in the country through various initiatives.
Meanwhile BWIN Africa Chief Marketing Officer SPENCER OKACH said 15 Zambians were employed before the launch and 50 will be employed after the Launch.
