Can ZANACO maintain unbeaten run while ending that of Kabwe Warriors

Kabwe Warriors Vs Zanaco
Godfrey Chitalu Stadium
The one win team hosting the… loss-less… defeat-less… whatever, this is a game between a side that will be battling for Super League survival and a side battling for the Super League title (again). It is evident that we may finally have a team losing for the first time this season.
This has never been a friendly fixture for Kabwe Warriors , they have a poor record against ZANACO with 14 losses and 4 draws from the 22 meetings.
ZANACO won the last meeting at Godfrey Chitalu Stadium and will be looking for their fifth win this sesson from six games so far.
While they were held to a draw by ZESCO United in their last away match, it is hard to see Kabwe Warriors really challenging ZANACO without some sort of divine intervention here. ZANACO look set to end the unbeaten run of Warriors.
My Prediction: Kabwe Warriors 1-2 ZANACO
Kitwe United Vs Red Arrows
Garden Park Stadium
The season suggests that there will be very little between Kitwe United and Red Arrows in this clash.
It has been far from a positive start to the season for Red Arrows and they go into this clash on the back of a very poor performances against Lusaka Dynamos in week five.
They will go into this clash as narrow favourites and this is a position in which they have thrived – to be called favorites and mainly end up disappointing. They should be tired of being called favorite and always ending up dropping points when it matters most.
Kitwe United have also made a sluggish start to the season, but they returned to winning form with a narrow victory over Mufulira Wanderers , that’s their last home game but drew away to Prison Leopards in week five last weekend.
I am willing to give Red Arrows another chance this weekend, but there will be serious warning signs if they put in another lacklustre performance. Its just not convincing enough for this Red Arrows side.
My Prediction: Kitwe United 0-1 Red Arrows
Nakambala Leopards Vs Mufulira Wanderers
Nakambala Leopards’ bubble burst at the weekend and their loss to ZANACO just confirmed that they dropped into relegation zone with Kitwe United getting their safe zone.
They have a chance to bounce back against a Mufulira Wanderers side that has just one win this season so far and straight from an away loss to Kitwe United. They sat out in week five as their opponent in ZESCO United were busy with continental football.
For all of their struggles getting wins, goals have been a challenge and they only have four goals in four games, not good for a team that is coming from lower division and have objectives of staying up.
This has the makings of another low scoring affair and the visitors should be able to claim the spoils of victory here if they put their house in order . But this is a Mighty Mufulira Wanderers side that I feel lacks that edge to get past their opponent. Nakambala Leopards is tough to beat at home but very poor upfront . Looks to be a goalless draw.
My Prediction: Nakambala Leopards 0-0 Mufulira Wanderers.

Lusaka Dynamos Vs Green Buffaloes
National Heroes Stadium
Live on SuperSport
It is just over a month into the season, but things are already getting a bit restless at Green Buffaloes with the team struggling to live up to their preseason expectations with just five points so far from the possible 15.
Lusaka Dynamos picked up their first win since the opening day with a victory over Red Arrows and they will want to take advantage of another struggling opponent here.
They will need to maintain a good history against Green Buffaloes however with three wins in their last five games.
While Green Buffaloes are looking like the better side of late, Lusaka Dynamos did pick up a win in this fixture last season and if they can score first they should find a way to get something from this.
My Prediction: Lusaka Dynamos 1-0 Green Buffaloes
Zesco United Vs Prison Leopards (Postponed)
