Brothers-in-crime face music

THE Kabwe Magistrates’ Court has convicted a 34-year-old man of Kapiri Mposhi and his brother for conspiring to fraudulently marry off his 15-year-old daughter.Kabwe principal resident magistrate Daniel Musonda convicted Bright Hachoba and his brother Trywell Hachoba, 37, when they appeared before him on Tuesday.
In this case, Hachoba and his older brother allegedly allowed Floyd Hambizhi to have sex with the girl, with intent to marry her off, contrary to the laws of Zambia.
“The prosecution proved the case. I found the accused guilty as charged and I convict them of conspiracy to defile,” Mr Musonda said.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
