Bonny Kapeso Appointed Deputy IG

President Edgar Lungu has with immediate effect appointed Bonnie Kapeso as Deputy Inspector General of police in charge of operations.

Kapeso Replaces Malcom Mulenga whose contract has not been renewed.

Presidential Spokesman Amos CHANDA, who made the announcement said the changes are with immediate effect.

Kapeso was until his appointment Commissioner of Police in Southern Province.

His position  in Southern Province had been taken over by Diamond Kashilu.
