Bazo is red…Days after ditching Abayellow

Striker Alex ‘Bazo’ Ng’onga has joined Nkana days after terminating his contract with bitter cross-town rivals Power Dynamos.

Nkana took to social media to announce the arrival of the former Nchanga Rangers CF Mounana forward. The club has however not revealed the length of the contract.

Several players have crossed the road and worn both the Yellow and Red colors in Kitwe. In the recent past, Jimmy Ndhlovu and Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba made a switch to Power Dynamos from Nkana while Simon Bwalya moved from Power Dynamos to Nkana.

Alex Ng’onga was part of the Power Dynamos squad that won the league in 2011. He spent a season on loan at Nchanga Rangers in 2013 and went to spend another two years at CF Mounana between 2015 and 2017.
