Banda-Monium! Another goal for the Zambian goal machine

Orlando Pride beat Angel City 3-0 to a brace from Andriano and a goal from Barbra Banda in a National Women’s Soccer League match on Sunday.

Andriano put Orlando Pride in front with a first half brace at BMO Stadium.

Banda sealed the deal for Pride with an injury time goal as she scored her 11th goal in as many games.

The Zambian goal machine was also involved in Adriano’s second.

Orlando Pride unbeaten start to the season continues and took to 15 games.

Banda has scored four braces since she joined the NWSL side.

She is inevitable. Barbra Banda scored her 11th goal in her 11th game, tying her atop the Golden Boot charts deep into stoppage time.

Despite having played a full 90 minutes plus, she was able to capitalize on a heavy touch by Angel City’s Sarah Gordon, picking her pocket and taking it right into goal, rounding Haračić and sealing the game away.

Despite being a bit of an off night by her standards, she still found a way to get on the scoresheet and had a nice moment celebrating with the Zambian fans who made their way to the game.
