Arrows reinforce with three new acquisitions 

Zambian Champions, Red Arrows have announced the acquisition of three players as part of their preparations for the 2024/2025 Super  League season. 

The Airmen have acquired the services of strikers Emmanuel Bola Lobota and Derrick Bulaya as well as midfielder Lazarus Chishimba. 

Lobota joins on loan from Tanzanian side Singida Black Stars, Bulaya on loan from Green Eagles and Chishimba on permanent basis from Forest Rangers.

Striker Emmanuel Bola Lobota joins on loan from Tanzanian side Singida Black Stars Football Club, striker Derrick Bulaya on loan from Green Eagles Football Club and midfielder Lazalous Chishimba on a permanent basis from Forest Rangers Football Club.  Bola, Derrick and Lazarous come with vast experience and special talent to our team and the club is expectant of them in action.”

“The signing of the three players follows the earlier unveiling of striker Angel Lubamba, midfielder Godfrey Ngwenya and defender Zephenia Phiri who was recalled from Prison Leopards. 

Club President Colonel Moses Kambimbi expressed confidence that these reinforcements will help the Club achieve its targets for the coming season.”

Meanwhile, the club has confirmed the departure of Skipper Benedict Chepeshi who has joined Zesco United Football Club on loan, defender Cephas Handavu who has moved to Prison Leopards Football Club on loan and striker Keke Sipuka on loan to Atletico Lusaka Football Club. 

Defender Ruddy Makwekwe has also left the Club after the expiry of his contract. 

Red Arrows won both the MTN Super League and the ABSA Cup and will be looking to defend both of them. 

The Airmen will play Kabwe Warriors on Saturday 10th August in the season opener, the Carling Black Label Samuel Zoom Ndhlovu Charity shield.
