By Paul Shalala:Thirty-two Pupils from Lumanto Boarding School and nine residents of Chikabuke Village in Lufwanyama have been gassed.This is barely a week after 38 other Pupils from the same school were gassed.The forty-one gassing victims are admitted to Lufwanyama District Hospital.In the school incident, the pupils who were gassed say they got chocked last night as the rains were pouring heavily.And Some parents spoken to have complained that the school has no security guard or perimeter fence to protect the pupils.The parents, who have gathered at Lufwanyama District Hospital to check on their children, have called on the Police to intensify patrols in the area.They have praised the Zambia Forestry and Forest Industry Corporation for providing a truck which rushed the 32 pupils to the hospital soon after the incident.And in the other incident, two adult females and seven children from Chikabuke Village are being treated after being gassed last night.The two adults have told ZNBC News that they saw men who climbed their roofs and poured a chemical which chocked them.The adults have been put on drip while the seven children are stable.
