Grant refuses recent reports against FAZ

Zambia coach Avram Grant has denied a reports in which he called the Football Association of Zambia, FAZ hierarchy as ‘inexperience.’

On Monday, the ZamFoot Crew exclusively revealed that the 68 year old coach almost quit his job following poor travel arrangements.

Following the ZamFoot Crew’s exclusive, another article appeared from Israel where the former Chelsea boss is believed to have done an interview with an Israeli publication One.

“I have been made aware of statements circulating in my name purportedly attacking the Football Association of Zambia,” Grant’s wrote on a statement posted on the FAZ Facebook page.

“In my 50 years of coaching I have always kept to the practice of airing my grievances with the affected parties face to face,” read part of the statement.

Grant started coaching when he was 18 years old

‘Nobody should use my name to create a rift between me and FAZ or the Zambian people.

“It has never happened in 50 years of coaching that I speak through third parties and it is not about to start.

“I have not made any statement to any media. We have had a very progressive post tournament with FAZ which was held on a cordial and respectful manner.
