ARTHUR WINA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL NODDED
By Ruth Chayinda:
The Arthur Wina Memorial Foundation has called on the private sector to partner with the organization for the sustainability of the Arthur Wina Memorial hospital in Western Province.
Foundation Vice Chairperson Mutende Mwamba says the hospital is supplementing health care services currently been provided by rural facilities.
Ms. Mwamba says the foundation understands the importance of synergies and values partnerships in expanding the health facility.
She said this when she received donation of personal protective equipment and medical supplies by John Snow Health Zambia in Lusaka worth over 1-hundred 95 thousand Kwacha.
And John Snow Health Zambia Limited Board member Mutinta Nyumbu said the company seeks to improve the health of individuals and communities in Zambia.
Dr. Nyumbu said the company donated to the Arthur Wina Memorial Hospital to help stop the spread of covid 19 among health workers and patients.
