2019 FAZ PROVINCIAL CUPS COMMENCES AS NORTH-WESTERN PROVINCE WOMEN’S FIXTURES ANNOUNCED
Following the Football Association of Zambia(FAZ) announcement on each province to have a Cup Tournament, North-Western Province has also taken that move and has since announced its 2019 FAZ Women’s Cup Tournament which will Kick-Off on 23rd November 2019 and end on 21st December 2019 where a provincial champion will be crowned.
This region is comprised of two groups, A and B with the former pitting Current 2019 North-Western Province Champions Solwezi Queens Academy, Solwezi Airport Queens, Kalumbila Babies Stars and Kasempa Queens while the latter group has Police Doves Queens, APG Milling Queens, Solwezi Phoenix, and Manyama Queens.
Group A will be based at Police Ground while B will be at Youth Alive with matches expected to be taking place over the weekends and each team from either Group will play 3 games.
Thereafter, Group A log leaders will clash with Group B Runners-up at Youth Alive while Group B leaders will lock horns with Group A Runners-up at Police Grounds to fight for a place in the grand finale which will be played on 21st December, 2019 while losers will be involved in the 3rd and 4th Play-Off on the same day.
