Zambia’s Exports To South Korea Hit $6.7m

ZAMBIA exported US$6.7 million worth of raw materials such as stone and glass to South Korea, says Ambassador Mumba Kapumpa.
Presenting a lecture on Zambia to 90 students at Cheong-Un Middle School in Central Seoul, Ambassador Kapumpa, however, said Zambia’s imports from South Korea continued to be high.
“Zambia exported US$6.7 million worth of raw materials such as stone and glass to Korea while we imported goods worth US$55.5 million from South Korea, among them consumer goods, machinery, electronics and transportation,” said Ambassador Kapumpa.
Also in attendance was Seoul City Council representative Hyuk Mee Gwon.
