LT in the draft constitution they should include the following
(a) The outgoing President declares openly how much he has left in foreign reserves.
(b) How much money they have left in circulation
(c) How much debt they have left
(d) Projects embarked on, done, not done and currently running.
So that it will be easy for us as citizens of the country to follow up because figures will show whether they are doing well or not. We don’t see this happening in our country. If we could have had figures from Kaunda to where Banda left, we would have seen the difference in performance between all the presidents who have been in office. But now we don’t know where we are coming from and where we are going.
