GTV must reimburse subscribers
MINISTER of Information and Broadcasting Services Ronnie Shikapwasha says Gateway Television (GTV) must honour the commitment the company made to reimburse subscribers prior to finding an equity partner.
And Lieutenant-General Shikapwasha said Government was putting measures in place to make sure that indigenous investors were empowered.
