The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has set 29th April 2010 as the date for the Milanzi parliamentary by-election and local government by-elections in eight council wards.

THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) is sourcing more resources from the treasury and cooperating partners to fund the continuous voter registration exercise, public relations manager Chris Akufuna has said.
