Patriotic Front leader Michael Sata has accused the central government of letting down PF led councils in the country.
Mr. Sata says there is no way councils can perform if the central government does not release funds to them to deliver services.
He has accused Local Government and Housing Minister Eustachio Kazonga of being ignorant on how the ministry operates.
The PF leader labeled Mr.Kazonga a dreamer who does not understand a single thing concerning the ministry of local government and housing.
He says the minister is simply excited to head the ministry when he does not understand a single thing about its operations.
Meanwhile, Mr. Sata has dismissed reports that the government through the ministry of Local Government and Housing released money amounting to 10 billion kwacha for works in Kanyama.
He was speaking on Hot Fm’s Hot Seat program this morning.
