Youths in the Country have been called upon to reject political parties perpetrating violence ahead of the July 26th by-elections.

Politician Patrick Mungo says refusing to vote for such political parties will send a signal that political violence of any form is no longer acceptable in Zambia.

Mr. Mungo has told QTV News that he believes no credible leader can ever come from a political party that uses violence and intimidation to gain votes.

He says it is important therefore that all political parties contesting this month’s by-elections conduct their campaigns in a peaceful manner.
