Supreme courtThe Supreme Court has slapped the Felix Mutati led MMD faction with costs amounting to K2.5 million following the dismissal of their appeal against the lower court’s decision to declare Dr Nevers Mumba as the legitimate leader of the former ruling party.

This is contained in the long awaited written judgment following the verbal one delivered on 10th April,2018 by the Supreme Court sitting in Kabwe.
