The Football Association of Zambia has officially unveiled new Chipolopolo coach Sven Vandenbroek.
Speaking at media briefing to unveil the coach, FAZ president Andrew Kamanga said Vandenbroek has been given a short term contract to qualify Zambia to the 2019 Africa cup of nations.
Kamanga emphasized the need for the new coach to be effective, reminding him that he is taking charge of a team whose fans are expectant of good results.
He has since assured the coach of the Association’s support he embarks on a mission to qualify Zambia to the 2019 AFCON.
And Vandenbroek says he will give all the players equal opportunity and chance to prove themselves.
He says deserving players will be given chance to be in the national team.
Vandenbroek takes over from Wedson Nyirenda who resigned.
