Tourist killed by an Elephant

Two Tourists from Belgium and Holland have been killed by an Elephant at a Lodge near Malamba River in the Zambian Tourist capital, Livingstone.

A witness has told Zambian Eye that the bizarre incidence happened Saturday afternoon when a woman from Belgium moved near to the elephant to get closeup photos of the Elephant.

When the man from Holland saw the Elephant charging at the woman he tried to save her but they were both killed.

“The two were trampled at a lodge, the lady was taking pictures of the beast which got agitated and charged towards her, the man when he saw this he thought he could save the Belgian lady and in the process he was also trampled,” narrated the witness.
